Does it cost to enter the Folsom Lake State Park?

Yes, there is a $12 per car fee because this is a CA state park.i If you need assistance in paying that or would like to coordinate carpools, please reach out.

What is the dress code, if any?

Answer

You should wear what makes you comfortable. The weather is currently expected to be in the high 60, to low 70s with possible rain or wind.

How long is the ceremony expected to be? Will there be seating?

Answer

We expect a quick ceremony, less than 30 minutes for sure. Chairs will be provided for the elderly or infirm, and by request as needed. If you have any accessibility issues that need to be addressed, please reach out.

Where should I park?

Answer

Once you enter the park, you will be directed to the Activities Center. There is a medium sized dirt parking lot less than one minute's walk from the venue entrance. Due to limited parking in front of the venue itself, we are asking our friends and family to park in this lot amd embark on the brief adventure to the hall and beach.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony is expected to start at 1 pm. Please arrive between 12:30 and 12:50 PM to ensure that everyone can be situated prior to the ceremony starting
