Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please dress in Formal Attire/Black Tie Optional. What is Black-Tie Optional Attire? - Men are not required to wear tuxes, but it's a plus if they do. Otherwise please wear a suit and tie. - Women should wear full-length dresses but if someone is wearing a cocktail dress, it would be acceptable. Dresses do not have to be black or dark colors.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately due to the limited capacity of the venue, only those listed on the invitation are invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is an adult only event. The only kids permitted are the family members who are involved in the ceremony.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:15pm is a great arrival time since the ceremony will start at 4:30.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! Reach out to the bride ASAP with any food requests. Our venue is very accommodating with food restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is complimentary parking for all guests who stay at the Ocean Place Resort and Spa. Otherwise there is street parking near McLoone’s Pier House. If it is a busy day at the beach, you will have to pay for parking in one of the many parking garages.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no need for transportation since the Ocean Place Resort & Spa is a very short walk to McLoone’s.
