Tom and Jade's love story began on October 1, 2022, when they met at Woody's Wharf, a magical bar in Newport. Their shared passion for Christ sparked an immediate connection, setting the foundation for their relationship. From there, they embarked on a series of memorable dates, including outings to the movies, ice cream, beaches, and even Disneyland, where Tom officially asked Jade to be his girlfriend on November 10, 2022. However, their budding romance faced its first test when Tom was deployed to Japan on November 19, 2022, for five months. Despite the distance, they used this time apart to strengthen their communication skills and deepen their love for each other and their faith in the Lord. Tom's return on April 21, 2023, marked a new chapter in their relationship, as they continued to nurture their connection through shared hobbies like enjoying good food, hitting the gym, watching movies (more like Tom forcing Jade to watch classic movies that she totally should have seen), hiking, shooting, and spending time with their loved ones. Their love story took a significant turn on March 16, 2024, when Tom proposed to Jade at their favorite hiking spot in Yucaipa, CA. Overjoyed by their engagement, they celebrated with family and friends, cherishing the love and support surrounding them. In a unique twist, they decided to tie the knot at the Laguna Hills Courthouse on May 3, 2024, just before Tom's final deployment to Japan on May 15, 2024. Although already married, Tom and Jade look forward to celebrating their love with a grand ceremony and reception when Tom returns from deployment. Their story is a testament to the strength of their bond, their unwavering faith, and the enduring power of love.
