Answer

As of this time, our plan is to move the ceremony to the reception hall if it does rain. We will keep our guests updated a few days in advance of the ceremony as needed

You will not need to become fluent in Slovak by the time of the wedding. If you would like to practice however, free lessons in Czech are available on Duolingo.

Due to coastal winds, the temperatures in RI do not get above 80*F until around July, so you can expect daytime temperatures around 75*F and night temperatures around 60*F. The ocean temperatures will likely be very refreshing for any swimmers who choose to test their mettle...around 55*F!

We will be having our ceremony on the beach, so each attendee is expected to wear an Armani tuxedo with tails, a top hat and a monocle, even the women. High heeled shoes are mandatory, even for men! On a more serious note, we are planning for beach-formal attire. Loafers and boat shoes are appropriate for men and flats are appropriate for women. The wedding is on the beach and the reception will be indoors, so you can go barefoot to the ceremony and save your good shoes for the reception or bring a change of shoes. Suggested attire for men is a summer suit or a blazer with a tie. Suggested attire for women is a knee to ankle length dress.

Due to limited capacity, we cannot extend an invite to children or any additional guests who have not been specifically invited.

Only inquire if your boat has a shallow draft. We will do our best to entertain serious inquiries While the reception will also be on the water, a low bridge will make travel by boat impractical for most mariners

As much as we would love to receive 17 customized whiskey barrels, please don't! We plan on serving aged cocktails out of a whiskey barrel during the Welcome Party.
