Who is allowed to attend the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

We are allowing children above the age of 2/3 years old to attend the ceremony (at Nativity Church) but the reception, the children are more then welcome to attend (only if they are invited via your invite)! Just to let everyone know, we are having music of all types and there is a bar at cocktail hour and the reception! Thank you so much!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by the date on the invitation (March 1, 2024)! If you do not mark it by the. we will take you off the list for each of the events, thank you so much!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire. Please wear button ups and dresses (check weather day before and day of)! We request our guests to wear one of these colors: pale pink, floral, dark pink, gold, and pretty much any shade of pink!! Men can wear black suits or black button ups!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If there is not a plus one on your invitation please respect that! We are having an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family, thank you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon and Zola! The registry page on our website here has both registries listed!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please look at the schedule of the events on the website! Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts (around 12:15/12:30). Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking for both (free parking)! Nativity Church- you are able to park on the right side of the street or the back/side parking lots. Hillcrest Farms- There will be a parking lot for you to park off of Vermillion Rd. that is lit up by lights (this is located in the aisles of the orchard).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation to and from the hotel unless you are apart of the wedding party! You are more then welcome to ride with a DD or use lyft/uber!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know ASAP (before March 1st) if you have a food allergy so we can relay this information to our caterer. It is a buffet style! Thank you!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather should be beautifully sunny and 60-70 degrees! Dress accordingly and check weather the day before and day of!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes at both the cocktail hour and reception, while supplies last!

Please RSVP via the link on your RSVP received in the mail and on the RSVP page on our website! :) Thank you!

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

This date is on the RSVP but is on March 1st, 2024! If you do not RSVP by then, then we will assume you are not coming! I will follow up with everyone once after this date for those who have not RSVPed by that date. Thank you!

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception will end at 10. The after party can continue at a bar afterwards or the hotel room where the bridesmaids/groomsman will be staying, there are a few nearby!

Can I take pictures and/or videos at the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you might want to snap a few pictures here and there, we ask that you honor our unplugged ceremony! Thank you!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will be having a few appetizers during cocktail hour along with a buffet style dinner at the start of the reception! There will be a BBQ style dinner as we wanted to bring our favorites to our guests (one of our favorite places to eat is Backbeat Que at Cedar Point!!)!

What kind of music will be played?

Answer

There will be many types of music played. There will be songs of many different genres (including rap, EDM, country, pop, and rock). Some of these will have swear words in them.
