Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Both Ceremony and Reception will be taking place at Arrowhead Lodge, Brewerton NY. 9248 McKinley Ridge Rd, Brewerton, NY 13029

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3. Please do not arrive before 2:30 to allow for set up. Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and reception.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Semi formal. Please avoid wearing all white or any colors traditionally reserved for the bride, like ivory, cream or champange. The wedding party will be wearing shades of purple. We would be thrilled to have our guests join in our purple floral theme if you so wish.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

In New York you can see all 4 seasons on the same day! Keep an eye on the weather in the weeks leading up to the wedding. All events will be indoors.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for about an hour. Appetizers and bar will be available to guests durning this time. After cocktail hour, guests will be seated for dinner.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

Arrowhead lodge offers ample parking directly outside the lodge. For those staying at the recommend hotels or getting ready with the wedding party, there will be transportation available to and from the venue. More info on the timing of shuttles will be available at hotel check in.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for your special day. With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and return, this is pre-stamped and addressed. Just fill out the card and drop in a mailbox!

Can I bring my partner?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! There are 2 hotel blocks to choose from. Please visit the travel section for information on how to book!

Are you registered?

Answer

At this time we have chosen not to create a gift registry. If you wish to make a contribution to our future home fund, it would be greatly appreciated!

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious buffet style dinner, and of course dessert.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Yes! There will be a selection of beverages available through the evening.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take and post pictures!
