No, there is no cell service in the area. Please get directions and load your map before leaving Lyons or Estes Park. After that, you will have to make your own way to the Meeker Park Lodge the old fashioned way.
May 1st 2019! RSVP Online here, on the website.
You can expect a fun, rowdy, family-friendly event. Our goal is a to maximize fun and minimize stress for all. Consider this event as a big coming together of friends and family, complete with yard games, BBQ, and an open bar. A couple of people happen to be getting married at the beginning of the evening. The basic order of operations is as follows: - Snacks, drinks and slightly awkward small talk with people you don't know yet - Quick wedding ceremony to figure out who the criers are (TJ is 1st on the list) - More comfortable chit-chat and drinks with now-familiar people - BBQ dinner service - Some people share some really nice things to say about Kate and TJ (And make you drink) - Dancing and general carousing - Smart people go home, crazy people continue on to the Duke cabin for continued carousing
In the spirit of bucking the traditions of materialism and consumerism, we are not requesting any gifts. Using your time and resources to join us on June 1st is more than enough to be thankful for. (Plus we live in a 300 sq. ft. tiny-home, and have no room for "Stuff") Seriously. ....For those of you who just cant help yourselves, we have set up a simple page on this website to accept donations towards our extended honeymoon to Mexico and Central America this summer. Be warned... This site charges a fee.
3:30 pm for pre-game snacks and drinks 4:00 pm at the latest, please
Western theme - Dress as you please, and we would love to see a lot of turquoise (Kateś Fave) in the crowd! Please dress warm with sturdy shoes or boots. It can me cold and muddy this time of year.

Parking will be tight. Carpooling is highly recommended. The Lodge has a small lot out front, and overflow vehicles will basically end up parallel-parked up and down the 2-lane highway (Highway 7) in front of the lodge. Those choosing to stay at Olive Ridge campground and Meeker-lodge cabins will have their own parking spaces within an easy walking distance.
