When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by July31st so we can allow plenty of time for planning.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you need assistance with finding somewhere to stay, please contact one of us and we will happily provide our input on some local stays.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would love to see your smiling faces anytime after 3:15pm and before we begin our ceremony at 4. Please allow yourself to find parking, greet family and find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will have a cocktail attire dress code. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy seperates are great. For this time of year, we’d also recommend a jacket (and ladies, flat heels or something stable will be best for the lawn!)

Are kids welcome?

Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only event

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please feel free to reach out to one of us if this comes up for you. We will be having a family style meal prepared by the Bride, Groom, Bridal party, and close family. We want to make sure there’s plenty of options for everyone to have a satisfying meal with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We are very fortunate to work with The Elmira Grange to provide lots of parking options. With a few options for ADA accessibility as well.
