To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by April 10th. This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner.
Please arrive to the ceremony by 4:15pm to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm.
Yes! We will be serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and will have buffet stations during the reception. Dessert will also be available, including a late night candy bar!
Yes! We will have a QR code at the venue where everyone can upload photos and videos to a shared album. We also have a wonderful photographer and videographer and are more than happy to share those photos and videos with you afterwards. The only thing we ask is during cocktail hour to not interrupt the portrait session where the photographer and videographer will be directing shots.
Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! The attire is formal wear with a western flair. For men, this might mean a jacket and tie or traditional suit, or even a long sleeve button down and slacks. For women, this can be formal bright spring colored dresses (just no white colored dresses). Please keep in mind that the wedding is indoor/outdoor, weather permitting of course (ceremony outside and reception indoors). Please visit the “Guest Attire” section of the website to see all the details.
