Question

Do we need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP so we can keep up with our guest count. The sooner the better! We would really appreciate it.

What should we wear?

Answer

This IS a wedding, so you may stand out in shorts and a tank top, but feel free to come as you are. We are just happy you are there.

Question

How is parking and how do we get to the chapel?

Answer

You will enter the Graceland Guesthouse Hotel, grab a ticket from the kiosk, when the gate lifts up, park on the RIGHT side of the parking lot. You will see a sign and trail that will lead you directly to the wedding chapel. We have a discounted parking rate of $7 per vehicle so be sure to carpool!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We will be decorating and preparing from 11:00-12:30 so try to arrive between 12:30-1:00. Ceremony will begin directly at 1:00pm.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

We will be doing pictures right after and then we will be coming home to set up, so guests may begin arriving at 4:00pm. This gives everyone time to go home/hotel, change clothes, grab bathing suits, etc. We just ask that you RSVP to the after party as well so we know how many people to accommodate with food and all.

Do we need to come straight to the after party after the wedding?

Answer

Not if you don’t want. If you need to run home and change, drop kids off, etc. we will be there so feel free to join us when you want after 4pm!

Do we need to bring anything to the after party?

Answer

We will have the pool heated and there is a hot tub, so be sure to bring your bathing suite if you plan to get in the water. You may also bring a change of clothes to be more comfortable. It is going to be fun!

What about food and drinks?

Answer

We will be serving food and drinks at the house during the after party. We will have a cooler or two of beer and a few bottles of wine. I would suggest bringing your own cooler or bottles for your preferred choice of party juice. 🙂

What about our kids?

Answer

We love all of your kids! They are more than welcome to come to the wedding. Please RSVP them though so we know if they are coming. We can only have up to 120 guests at the venue. However, as much as we love them, we prefer no kids at the after party.

What if we are traveling from out of town?

Answer

We have room here at the house for a few guests, but may want to plan ahead to accommodate everyone. If you would prefer to get a hotel, we have a page dedicated to hotels close to the house that are affordable. Feel free to leave your car and get an Uber or Lyft to your hotel if needed.
