When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, June 1st, 2025!! You can RSVP by QR Code on the Zola website, or by mailing back in the RSVP post card!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony between 3:45pm and 4:25pm!! Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Summer Celebration. There will be a photographer gathering lots of photos for the couple so wear an outfit that is summer and wedding appropriate. Men: Jeans/Khakis and a Collared Short Sleeve Shirt. Woman: Summer Sundress, Semi-formal, Beautiful Blouses! There will be a hill to walk to the ceremony site. There is a golf cart for guests with handicap disabilities and or high heeled shoes. Be aware of shoe choice! (The Wedding Site is in the middle of a mountain) <3

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to HMI Capacity Limits - If you do not have a plus one, you cannot bring any additional guests. All invites are detailed with exactly who is invited!!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely!! Please notify Allie Perfater by Email: allieperfater@gmail.com or Phone: 540-392-5591. Notify Allie by June 12, 2025 so she can notify the Caterers!!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are at the same place. There are around 20 parking spots in front of the House Mountain Inn. Additional Parking is down the hill at an overflow lot. There will be a continuous shuttle for Guests who park at the overflow lot!!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is no transportation to and from the hotels to the House Mountain Inn. All guests are responsible for their own transportation from their hotel to the wedding site!!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There are 2 wedding venues at House Mountain Inn. TJ and Allie are getting married at HOUSE MOUNTAIN INN. The other property is the Irvine Estate. Do NOT pull in to Irvine Estate!

Kiddos and Food

Answer

There will be cucumbers and goldfish for kids during cocktail hour. If your kid does not eat Pork Tenderloin or Beef Tenderloin - please reach out to Allie by June 12, 2025 for a Kids Meal (Chicken Tenders & Macaroni and Cheese)

Vegetarian Options for the Dining Reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a Vegetarian Option Available. It is a pasta dish. You will need to notify Allie by June 12, 2025 so she can notify the Caterer!

1. Do NOT wear white. 2. Do NOT smash cake in the Bride's face. If you or your child does, you will owe a cleaning fee for the wedding dress, a hair fee, and make-up fee. You and your family will also be escorted off the property and will not be allowed to return.
