Let's tie the knot

This love story began as many do: in the romantic florescent lights of a corporate tech distribution office. But really. They met at a team happy hour through mutual friends. Alex had her eye on TJ from the beginning and would make special trips to visit a coworker's desk so that she could oogle at her future bearded hubby. It was this culmination of team happy hours and flirtatious desk visits that created the friendship they would foster for over a year. They were especially careful in staying true to the policy to never cross that line with a coworker. That is until TJ told that policy to take a hike, asking Alex out shortly after leaving Synnex. On March 13, 2016 they went to Roost for their first date, something that started out as brunch and ended in fuzzy conversations and bar hopping around town, a favorite pastime to this day. You see, you’d be hard pressed to find two people that love beer more than they do. However, what they love more than beer is adventuring together, taking those scenic Carolina backroads to their next hidden gem pitstop, laughing the whole way. They also have an intense passion for their families. You’ll see why on October 16th, a day otherwise known as the Lescano-Barrett Dance-off. Alex and TJ are so excited to finally celebrate with each of you! F U N F A C T S : Alex and TJ have 3 fur babies, Sadie, Axel and Bella. They trained Bella, the deaf Great Dane, using sign language. They just bought their forever home in Greer where Alex reigns as the Queen of FB Marketplace and TJ King of the Kitchen (seriously have you had his jerky??) TJ proposed at Community Tap using a flight of beers (their flavors were “Will” “You” “Marry” and “Me.") They estimate that there are about 175 beers in their house at any given point.
