FAQs

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

There will be plenty of photo opportunities during the Reception, and we would love to see everyone's perspectives of our special day! However, we do request an "unplugged," cell phone free ceremony, as our wonderful photography team will be covering photos and video for the entire ceremony.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To ensure all guests are accounted for, we ask that all RSVPs be sent by April 1st. You can RSVP online in the RSVP tab of the website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a set guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

What kind of Food and Beverages will be served?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by Whistling Pig LLC (check them out on Facebook!) and there will be a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. It will be an open bar, but please remember to bring cash to tip the lovely bar staff!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of on-site parking available directly in front of our ceremony & reception space! *For those attending the Coldwater trip after the wedding, we recommend carpooling as much as possible, as the campground space has much less parking available.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all of our guests, including parents, the chance to have an evening of relaxation, we request that the ceremony be for adults only. However, there will be an on-site baby sitter available for certain pre-approved members of our wedding party, as there will be a number of newborns (including our own little one) joining us on this day.
