Yes, it will be. We ask that during the ceremony all phones be placed on silent, and no pictures at that time. Once everyone is at the alter, we will give a minute for photos on your phone, but please keep them away during all other parts of the ceremony including processional and first kiss. Our wonderful photographer will be capturing the ceremony just the way we want!
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception hall is indoors. Incase of inclement weather, there will be a tent for cocktail hour and umbrellas for the ceremony.
Yes, there will be a shuttle to bring you directly to and from the wedding! We are working with Wilcox Travel and will have two 14 passenger Sprinter vans that are custom built with a "portal" door for ease of entry and quiet operation with leather interior and USB charging ports. If your accommodation is further than 3 miles from the venue, we ask that you meet at one of the identified common locations for the shuttle to bring you to and from the venue! We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrée. Dinner meal choices are located on the RSVP, which you can update at any time. The bride and groom will have a personal cake and Morchella catering will be providing dessert.
All meal choices are gluten free, and the vegetable risotto can be made vegan. We will have markers on hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour to indicate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free. If you have any dietary needs, preferences, or allergies that are not already noted on the RSVP, please reach out to us directly so that we can coordinate with our catering team!
Bold and Chic! Wear that fun dress or suit that you never get a chance to wear. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Be festive, add color, and just have fun with it! The ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be inside. Be sure to consider the requirement to dance at our reception with your shoe choice. :)
Please plan to arrive to the Twickenham Estate House between 4-5pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 sharp at an outdoor location onsite, so guests will head towards the ceremony space around 5pm.
You will head straight down to patio around the reception hall for drinks and hors d'oeuvres!
Bar service will end at 10 pm and the reception will end at 11 pm. Shuttles will be available to take you to your car or back to your accommodations after the reception ends (see the travel tab above where you will find shuttle information).
