Josh and I met in summer 2005 at Lake Wallenpaupack in the Poconos. Our family’s had lake houses next to each other. In the summers we would spend every minute together, staying up late and sneaking out to see eachother. As we grew older, we overcame the long distance and the ups and downs. We always found our way back to eachother as our love conquered all!

This past November, Josh and I went on vacation to Orlando, FL with my family. The week down there had been full of celebrations from Livi’s first Disney trip to Josh’s birthday to a Buffalo Bills win on Thanksgiving! I hadn’t imagined the week could get any more exciting until Friday came... We woke up early and headed to Magic Kingdom. As we arrived at Cinderella’s castle, my mom had asked if we could take a family picture. After the family picture was taken, I asked Josh to take a picture with me. I saw Josh pull something out of his pocket, which I thought was his phone to answer a work call (I’ve learned that the car business never stops even on vacation). As Josh got down on one knee, I realized it was a flat ring box he used to fool me! It was truly a magical moment together in front of the castle. Afterwards, Josh’s family came out of the crowd to surprise me! We all headed to Epcot together where we celebrated with drinks around the world and dinner. The next day our families headed back home as we stayed and spent the rest of the weekend wasted away together at Margaritaville Resort!
