Hotel Vehicle Drop-Off + Bus Pick-Up AND/OR Hotel Check-In!
3:00 pm
300 Main Street, Lake Geneva, WI 53147
Check-In is any time AFTER 3pm. If your room is not ready for you to check-in before bus boarding to the venue starts, please drop off your vehicle at the hotel and have the bus bring you to the venue! You will be able to check into your room when the bus brings everyone back to the hotel after the wedding is over! Start loading the bus! The bus will start leaving the hotel by 3:10pm to bring guests to the venue. The bus will be doing two round trips bringing guests from the hotel to the venue. Please note: The bus will be waiting for pick-up next door at the bowling alley parking lot. We are very adamant about NO DRINKING AND DRIVING for our wedding day so we reserved a big bus to keep our guests safe. Please take advantage by dropping off your vehicles at the hotel before the wedding begins and utilize the bus for transportation to the venue and back to the hotel!
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Please make sure to arrive ahead of time and take your seats before the ceremony begins. We kindly ask that you participate in our UNPLUGGED Ceremony. Please kindly silence and put away your phones/cameras/videos during this time, until AFTER the ceremony is over. Many thanks!! (Seriously, put that phone away and be present.....how dare you!) We will be doing a Lock & Key Unity.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Hors d'oeuvres, a signature cocktail, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages will be served at this time along with some yard games that will be provided! (Open Bar will not begin until after dinner/first dances)
Reception
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Please find your table and take your seats before the reception begins. The Grand Entrances will begin the reception along with a "table run-around group picture" that will be instructed. Cake cutting and dinner to follow. After dinner, the father & bride dance, mother & groom dance, and bride & groom first dance will begin. Everyone please eat the cake! The Bride made it herself! THEN THE DANCE PARTY BEGINS!!!!!! Open Bar will begin at this time. A Late Night Snack will be provided sometime in the evening. Last call for alcohol will be at 10:30pm.
Bus Pick-Up back to the hotel!
11:00 pm
THE PARTY IS OVER: Start loading the bus! The bus will start leaving the venue by 11:10pm to start bringing guests back to the hotel. The bus will be doing two round trips bringing guests from the venue to the hotel. Anyone who didn't get a chance to check into their hotel room can check-in at this time. We are very adamant about NO DRINKING AND DRIVING for our wedding day so we reserved a big bus to keep our guests safe. Please take advantage by dropping off your vehicles at the hotel before the wedding begins and utilize the bus for transportation to the venue and back to the hotel!
