We’re getting married!

Jake and Nicole met at a mutual friend's birthday party in Lakewood, Ohio in November of 2015. The party was '90s themed, and while Nicole took the opportunity to come in a full '90s fit...Jake was dressed more normally. The party ended up at a bar called Mahall's, which was also hosting a '90s themed dance party that night. There, thinking Jake was cute, Nicole decided to shoot her shot and asked Jake why he was holding the sweatshirt he brought with him, instead of tying it around his waist, like they would do in the ‘90s. From there, they struck up a conversation and had fun dancing and talking for a couple of hours. However, Jake left with some friends earlier than Nicole; and since Nicole was living in Cincinnati getting her master’s degree, things fizzled out at the time. Around a year later, after Nicole graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her master’s degree and moved back to Ohio, Jake reached out of the blue to ask Nicole out, but she declined at the time, as she was seeing someone else. Luckily, that relationship was short lived, which led to Nicole reaching out a few months later to ask Jake out, and they finally scheduled their first date for December 3, 2016. Since their first date, Jake and Nicole have happily been together ever since. Now, they are ready to embark on the next chapter of their relationship together by getting married. Nicole and Jake are thrilled to gather their nearest and dearest to celebrate their love and this next step they are making together. Hope to see you there!
