Travel
The easiest airport to fly into is San Diego International Airport. It is 15 minutes from the hotel we have blocked out rooms at. We have blocked out rooms from July 28th-August 1st at the Double tree by Hilton. You can check in and out during any of those dates. A shuttle will take you to the venue and back to the hotel. Please note on your RSVP if you will be using the shuttle so we can plan accordingly. If you wish to use the shuttle but not stay at the hotel you can uber to the hotel and use the shuttle. If you do not wish to stay here I recommend getting an Airbnb. If you don't wish to be near the venue but near the beaches I recommend looking in Mission Beach, La Jolla, Pacific Beach or downtown. Mira Mesa and Mission Valley are good places to look as well. If you want to be closer to the venue which is about 30 minutes from San Diego look in or around Solana Beach.
