Our love story can be added to the few and far between success stories of online dating! We met on Ok Cupid where Brian (going by Matthew online) crafted a cheesy opening line "those are some eyes I could get lost in," that earned him a profile perusal and follow up conversation. We connected over the Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson and our love of video games as well as our similar outlook on life. Our first date was a lovely Facetime dinner from two separate states. A month later Brian moved down from Oregon, Lauren returned from a trip to New Mexico and the in-person dates finally began and haven't stopped since. We now have our own home and fur babies Luna and Rusty. We can't wait to move into the next chapter of our story together.
