Abby's POV - I was home from college for winter break December 2019. Our dear friends, Matt and Sarah, just moved into their condo. Sarah invited me over for a sleepover and Matt invited some of the guys over for some drinks and games. Chris walked in and the energy shifted (sounds cheesy I know). I immediately thought, "I need to be friends with this guy". He is one of those people that lights up any room he walks into. I introduced myself and he responds "Hi, I'm Chris" and didn't say a word to me the rest of the night. He left not long after that. As winter break went on, we were together in group settings. Matt and Sarah pretty much brought me everywhere like I was their lost child. We went out to Old Town Scottsdale for a birthday party, I was kicked out because I had a fake ID (sorry mom) so I went back to their condo. They joined me later on with Chris. That night, Chris and I laughed and told stories until 4 in the morning. I don't think I had ever laughed like that. I went back to school and we talked on the phone everyday for hours and hours. In March 2020, my girlfriends came home with me because we were going to Mexico for spring break. Well, thanks to covid, we didn't return to school. Chris finally asked me to be his girlfriend and we were inseparable. He truly is the best thing to ever happen to me. Fast forward 5 years and here we are, soon to be husband and wife <3 Chris's POV - I was out to dinner with some friends when Matt Ledesma called me and asked for me to come over. He said Sarah, his girlfriend at the time (now wife), had a family friend visiting for winter break. I decided to go and right as I walked in I was blown away by Abby. I saw her, immediately started sweating and forgot how to speak english. The only thing I said to her the whole night was "Hi I'm Chris". There were other group outings and finally the night came when we all went out and Abby was breaking the law. As the night was wrapping up, I was asked to come back to Matt and Sarah's to hangout. Abby and I stayed up, laughed and got to know each other. From that moment on, I knew she was going be the one. We talked everyday all day until Covid came around and she stayed home for a little. I asked her to be my girlfriend and from that point forward we couldn't be apart. Now we are living together in our home. We both have the careers we have wanted our whole life and are getting married in November. I wouldn't want to spend my life with anyone else but Abby.
