Etsy is a great option for unique and high quality finds. Costumeworx Rentals (Houston based, see our travel page) Amazon if you look up the individual items or elements for a costume and not a pre-bundled set. The pre-bundled set is very likely to fall in the "bad" costume category

Yes! The Julia Ideson Library has a parking garage but we recommend Uber/Lyft for ease of drop off.
