The Bay Area is a wonderful place to visit and is served by three main airports - San Francisco International Airport (SFO, in San Mateo County), Oakland International (OAK, across the bay) and Norman Mineta International (SJC, in San Jose, about 20 minutes south of Palo Alto).
Our venue, the Thomas Fogarty Winery, is about 40-45 minutes south of SFO, and around 30-35 minutes southwest of Palo Alto. It is located in Woodside on the east side of Skyline Boulevard (Highway 35).
For our guests that will be driving themselves to the venue, we would advise you to utilize primary routes (Highway 92, Highway 84, Woodside Road, or Page Mill Road) and check Google Maps beforehand.
Do NOT take any route that leads through Old Honda Road as it is a goat path that is both narrow and winding.
We recommend guests to stay in the San Mateo or Palo Alto areas. We have provided a few hotel suggestions below:
