FAQs

Question

Where is your registry?

Answer

We genuinely appreciate everyone who wants to show us love as we step into this new chapter by contributing gifts. However, rather than a registry listing items for you to purchase, we kindly ask for a hongbao (红包) or red envelope instead. In the Chinese culture, 红包 symbolize good luck and prosperity and are given in times of celebration and holidays.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting our guests to wear cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing all-black and all-white. We would love our guests to wear warm pastels as we embrace the last bit of summer! Reminder that the ceremony will be outdoors on the rooftop terrace so dependent on the weather it may get sunny and hot!

Question

Am I allowed a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will have indicated if we have reserved a seat for a plus one.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love kids but our big day will be limited to the guests included on your invite.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Valet parking is downstairs ($15) but it is not guaranteed as it is based on availability. There is a parking lot right across the street. Flushing Commons Parking Lot (37-10 138th St, Flushing, NY 11354) is two blocks away as well.
