We're so excited to celebrate with you!

We will be having our wedding ceremony on May 8th, 2021 in an intimate setting, on the porch of Anna's parent's backyard, with immediate family. We are still deciding the best way to safely and joyfully commemorate our marriage in the presence of our dearly loved extended family and friends so please stay tuned.

It was Christmas Day and we had just arrived back home after a day of family gatherings. Alex walked over to me, holding a medium sized present wrapped in golden wrapping paper. "You've got one more present to open," he said. Not having any idea what was going on, I unwrapped the present and found a soft, colorful, rolled-up blanket. I saw minor details on the blanket, making me think it was Harry Potter related and got really excited. Alex told me to unroll the blanket, and in my excitement I flung the blanket open and out shot a tiny box-shaped present, also wrapped in golden wrapping paper. All I say is, "What is this?" and I grab the box and as I'm opening, Alex gets on bended knee and asks me to marry him. It was the happiest day of my life.
