Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love and adore your little ones, however due to venue restrictions we are not able to accommodate any guests under the age of 13 to celebrate with us at our wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes - please make that note when you RSVP. If you are having any difficulties with this process, please let us know how we can help!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving early to ensure you have time to find appropriate parking in the area and to make sure you can get settled before the ceremony begins! For those reasons, we recommend arriving to the venue to find your seats at least 15 minutes before our listed ceremony time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
If you booked through the hotel block at AC Hotel, there is a complimentary shuttle service that runs between the hotel and the venue for guests of the hotel to utilize! For other guests, street parking is available, however it is limited. Please allow for time to find appropriate parking near the venue prior to the ceremony.

How do I book within the hotel block?

There is a link on our "Accommodations" page that should connect you to the portal that is part of our hotel block. Please reach out if you have any questions or are having issues with your booking.

When should I book my accommodations by?
Answer
Please make sure to book within the hotel block at AC Hotel prior to October 6th 2026, as this is when the block opens back up to the public for general bookings. After 10/6/26, you will no longer be able to book within the block and will not have access to wedding block perks such as complimentary parking, breakfast, or shuttle services. You will still be able to book at the hotel (availability permitting), but will simply not be able to book as part of the wedding block.
