Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests start arriving at 3:30 PM for a prompt 4:00 PM ceremony start time. Please be advised that late arrivals to the ceremony will not be accommodated, no exceptions.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best! We kindly request the pleasure of your company dressed in black tie optional attire. Suggested guidelines: Floor length gown, fancy cocktail dress, or dressy pantsuit. Tuxedos encouraged but formal suits are also appropriate. Mess dress is also welcome but by no means required for service members.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Once you’ve received an invite, type the name of an individual in your party on the RSVP screen and let us know who in your party can make it! The RSVP screen will not appear until formal invitations have been sent out.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Any additional guests have already been accounted for on your invitation and will reflect on the RSVP page. We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone who was not expressly invited as they will not be seated at our reception.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love all your little ones, we have opted to keep this as an adults only event with the exception of a few older children in our immediate family. We hope you can take this opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy a date night out together without the kids!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions in your response when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like in the area in November?

Answer

In November, the temperatures sit around 50°F but can drop into the 30s. All of the events will take place indoors and the parking lot is right around the corner from the venue.

Are all the events indoors?

Answer

Yes! All of the events of the evening will take place indoors, there will be a coat check available for any items you don’t want to hang onto through the night.

Is the ceremony/ reception handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! All of the events will take place in the same location which is fully ADA accessible.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot located right next door to the venue, upon arrival, please see the attendant at the door to receive a voucher to secure your complimentary parking.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a premium open bar available serving our signature drinks, your choice of beverages, and several non alcoholic options for the evening!
