Shuttle from hotels to ceremony and back

A private 30 person shuttle service will pickup starting at 2:30 PM at the Edith Bolling Wilson (EBW) Hotel. Guests for the EBW should meet in the parking lot of the Town Hall behind the EBW hotel and across Monroe Street. The bus will then go to the Hampton Inn by around 2:40 (at the front door), then the Fairfield Inn 2:45ish (at the front door) next to the Hampton followed by the Tru Hotel 2:50ish (at the front door) next to that. The bus will return and do a second pickup departing the Edith Bolling Wilson again at 3:20 PM and will arrive at the Hampton ~3:30, the Fairfield ~3:35 and the True ~3:40. The bus will need to take 2 trips to accommodate all 60 shuttlegoers so please try to catch the first one and ensure it's full, but fear not it will return for you on the 3:20 loop to get you there before the ceremony. Please respect the time frames allotted and eliminate any delays for the bus if possible. The bus is painted black and can fit 30 people. It will be making return trips from the venue to the hotels as-needed throughout the evening starting around 8 pm. It's approximately a 40 minute round trip for the bus from the venue to the hotels. 2023 Mayhem on Main Street
Please note main street will be shut down for much of Saturday. If you need a few hours to kill this would be a great way to do it. Downtown Wytheville's annual Halloween haunting "Mayhem on Main Street" is an award-winning, scary-good downtown festival with plenty to offer for all ages. This year, join the Wytheville Farmers Market in the morning for pumpkin carving and a costume contest then join Wytheville Parks and Recreation for their annual Kids Fun Run Obstacle Course down the middle of Main Street Wytheville. During the afternoon, you can find retail and service businesses through downtown giving out candy for free trick or treating while Downtown Wytheville hosts a Zombie Hunt. Restaurants and Breweries will also host their own Halloween parties, costume contests, spooky activities, carnival games, talent shows, and plenty of awesome live music throughout the evening. Cap your night off by catching a late night screening of The Shining at the restored Millwald Theatre or join many of the adult halloween parties hosted by Seven Sisters Brewery, 7 Dogs Brewpub, or The Log House 1776 Restaurant.
