What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to ensure you’re seated before the ceremony begins at 3:00PM. Parking is available at the church.

Ceremony & Reception will both be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outside.

Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at Sonesta in White Plains, NY. Check the “Travel” page for booking links and deadlines.

Yes! There will be a full plated dinner and open bar at the reception. You will pick your dinner selection the day of the wedding.

We kindly request an adults-only celebration. While we love your little ones, we hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Will transportation be provided on the wedding day?

Answer

Yes—transportation will be provided from the hotel to the cocktail hour/reception and back at the end of the evening. • Please note: There will not be transportation from the ceremony to the hotel, so guests should plan their own travel if they wish to check in before cocktail hour. • Shuttles from the hotel to the venue will begin around 5:30 PM, in time for cocktail hour at 6:00 PM. • Return shuttles from the reception will be available in two rounds: • First shuttle: 11:00 PM • Second shuttle: 12:00 AM (after the afterparty) If you’d like to check in or freshen up between the ceremony and reception, we recommend arranging your own transportation from the church to your hotel.
