Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Cocktail hour will take place immediately following the ceremony. Shuttles will be provided from the ceremony site to cocktail hour, or guests are welcome to walk to the venue. Appetizers and drinks will be served during this time.

Reception

6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

A buffet style BBQ dinner will be served courtesy of Gainesville's own David's Bar-B-Que Catering. With a menu consisting of a garden salad, beef brisket, smoked chicken, green beans, garlic mashed potatoes, and assorted bread. If you have any food allergies please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. An open bar will also be provided including beer, wine, and sangria with non-alcoholic options such as water, tea, lemonade, and soft drinks.
