If you have any questions aside from those listed here, please contact our wedding planner Vivian Schneider at (336) 254-2397.
Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is dressy-casual. Please dress appropriately and comfortably to allow for plenty of dancing!

Question

Do I/we need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, we kindly request that all guests RSVP by April 10, 2025. You can do this by visiting the "RSVP" section of our website, or by sending us an email or text.

Question

What are parking options at the welcome event and wedding?

Answer

Street parking is available at the welcome event. John and Tina's house is within walking distance from some of the recommended hotels. At the wedding, free parking for guests can be found at The Winston Cup Museum, up and down N. Liberty St., and in the JKS employee parking lot. The parking lot in front of the Elvis building as well as the parking lot behind the Elvis building are paid parking. Further instructions and signage will be detailed upon arriving at the venue.

Question

Are there any dietary restrictions or allergies of which the couple should be aware?

Answer

The reception will include several food stations that should accommodate most dietary needs - gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan. Please inform us of any severe food allergies when you RSVP so we can ensure that your needs are accommodated.

Question

Will there be a gift registry?

Answer

The honor of your presence is enough. Please no gifts. Should you wish, donations are welcome to the scholarship fund at West Virginia University in honor of Tina's Dad and Mom, the John T and Irene K Grossi Memorial Scholarship: URL: https://give.wvu.edu/give/598854/#!/donation/checkout

Question

What is the best way to get to Winston-Salem from the airport?

Answer

From Piedmont-Triad International Airport in Greensboro: PTI airport is a small, regional airport that is a short, 30-minute drive to Winston-Salem. Car rentals are available at PTI. We also recommend checking the cost of an Uber/Lyft. Once in Winston-Salem, the hotels are a short Uber/Lyft ride to the venue, and Winston is generally a very walkable town. From Charlotte Douglas International Airport: More flight options will be available from CLT. Plan at least 2 hours from CLT to Winston-Salem including car rental. As in most big cities, we recommend avoiding arrival around rush hour traffic which could add time to your travel.
