When are the important deadlines?

Nov 30th 2026 - Please reserve rooms for our locked in room rates. If you miss the date, you might have to pay for the present rate at that time, and it might be more expensive. Please reach out to us if you have issues. Jan 6th 2027 - Total balance due for rooms $100 cancellation fee will apply if not paid in full

Where do I book my stay?
Answer
You have to book your stay on our travel agency's hotel website. This is how we are doing our final guest count. We have reserved the best room block deals for our guests. And if there is a room that you wanted, but is not available, please reach out to us for assistance. How many nights do I have to stay?
Answer
We would love it if you can stay the whole weekend with us, but understand if you are not able to. The booking website does require a 3 night minimum stay, and you can book with us for the locked rate between 4/18-4/29 if you want the vacation to last longer. If booking dates are an issue, please reach out to us.

Do we have access to the sister resort, Dreams Playa Mujeres?
Answer
Yes. This is our sister family friendly resort. All guests from Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort will have free flow access to Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort located next door. With 10 additional restaurant options, 7 additional bars, 2 additional pools, a Lazy River (only for Preferred Club guests), water park and more. If Preferred room category is reserved, status and inclusions are provided in both properties.

Which airport do I fly into?

The closest airport will be the Cancun (CUN) airport. Please make sure your passport is valid during the duration of stay.

Unfortunately, no. While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding events will be held at an adults-only resort. We understand this may require extra planning, and we truly appreciate your understanding and effort in celebrating with us. Your presence means the world to us, and we would be so grateful to have you join us for this special chapter of our lives.

Please dress to impress! Cocktail attire, colorful dresses are welcome. No need to wear suits for men. This will be an outdoor event, so please come prepared.
