FAQs

The Wedding Website of Tina Mauderer and Francois Bergh
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive from 14:15 so you have time to enjoy a welcome drink and be seated before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 15:00.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

As our wedding will be celebrated in the garden during spring, we invite our guests to dress in semi-formal attire that reflects the beauty of the season. For ladies: we suggest long, colourful spring dresses. For gentlemen: chinos paired with a button-up shirt. Ties and bow ties are optional, not required. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or black.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adult only celebration.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, your guest will be listed under the RSVP tab.

Question

May I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that no phones or photos be taken during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing those special moments for us, and we would love for everyone to be fully present with us at that time. Once the ceremony has ended, you are welcome to take photos and capture memories throughout the rest of the evening.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on grass and the reception will be indoors.

Question

Dietary requirements & meal preferences

Answer

Please let us know if you are vegetarian, have any allergies or dietary requirements, or if you have a preference for how your meat/steak is prepared (rare, medium rare, medium, or well done), so we can accommodate you accordingly.

Question

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

Drinks will be provided during canapés. During the reception, we will be serving a glass of MCC for the toast, as well as white wine with starters and red wine with the main course. After dinner, a cash bar will be available for guests to purchase additional drinks throughout the evening.
