Sachuest Beach, locally known as Second Beach, is a South facing, mile long, family friendly beach with good surf and great sand. There is a concession stand, bathrooms, changing area, showers, grills, picnic tables and shade structures located at the main building. Port-a-johns are located at the base of each pathway. Surfboard rentals and lessons are available during the season as well as a Del’s Lemonade truck. Showers can be found at Surfer’s End (on the west end).

Their outdoor patio hosts live music, a food truck & lawn games Saturday's noon through sunset.

The Breakers is the grandest of Newport's summer "cottages" and a symbol of the Vanderbilt family's social and financial preeminence in turn of the century America. The building became a National Historic Landmark in 1994 and is a contributing property to the Bellevue Avenue Historic District.
Binge BBQ is a 30-seat, BYOB counter service restaurant providing dine-in, take-out and delivery. It prepares regional barbecue with inspiration from a variety of areas across the country, and houses a horizontal smoker where all meats are prepped and smoked onsite daily at the restaurant. They were recently featured on the Cooking Channel's “Burgers, Brew & ’Que” hosted by chef Michael Symon.
They are open for rentals right out of the store at 130 Broadway, just 0.5 miles from the Newport Visitor's Center and the Newport Marriott. All rentals include a helmet and a lock, upon request. They also have free pocket-sized Newport Bicycle Maps and if you don't know where to go, they'll point you in the right direction! Tours are all pre-scheduled and generally run at 10am or 1pm.
