The Wedding Rehearsal will start at The Garden Ballroom from 3:30PM - 4:30PM. Dinner to follow will be a 15 minute drive to Ovation Bistro & Bar in Winter Haven (7130 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33884) at 5:00PM.

Dress Code: We kindly ask everyone to wear black formal attire. (Black-Tie Optional)
Parking: **There is a 2 hour parking limit until 6:00PM in front of The Garden Ballroom (on 3rd Street NW). For those in the Wedding Party parking prior to 4:00PM, please keep that in mind.** There is another parking lot located behind the venue on 4th Street NW that can be used for guest parking near the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce or by the Winter Haven Public Library. Also, there is the Winter Haven Parking Garage (220 Avenue A NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881) located 2 blocks away for covered parking.
