Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Please take a look at the campus map: https://www.oxy.edu/sites/default/files/assets/OMC/oxy_downloadable_map_2022.pdf The ceremony and reception will take place at number 34 (The Johnson Student Center and Freeman College Union) Please note the parking locations closest to the venue!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There isn't transportation provided, but there is tons of free parking and Uber/Lyft are easy to find in the area!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony starts at 5pm. Make sure to get there around 4:30!

Cocktail attire with an edge of bright, fun, and whatever you'll feel comfortable in.
