Where will the wedding take place?
Answer
Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all take place at the Bell Tower.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. The Bell Tower will be available to receive guests starting at 4:30pm. Please plan ahead and take into account downtown traffic & parking (should you chose to drive to the event) to ensure you're able to be seated for the ceremony by 5:20pm.

Where should I park?
Answer
Due to the downtown location, there is limited parking in the area and we recommend using a ride-share to get to the venue. There is a pay to park option directly across the street should you chose to drive. If you need handicap accommodations or would like to valet your car, there is also a valet option available at the Hilton Garden Inn (hotel directly behind the venue).

Can I bring a date/kids?
Answer
We have carefully planned our guest list to ensure that we can accommodate all our guests comfortably at the venue. Invitations are addressed to specific individuals, and we kindly request that you refer to your invitation/online RSVP for the designated individuals.

When is the RSVP deadline? What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
Please submit your RSVP by the July 1st deadline via the RSVP section of this website. Searching your name should pull up the invited guests for your party. If you run into any issues, please do not hesitate to email us at timothyashleybolden@gmail.com

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Attire is semi-formal. Guys, think nice shirt and tie with dress pants (with it being August, suit/blazer/sport jacket optional); ladies, opt for a cocktail dress or dressy separates.

What is Nashville like during this time of year?
Answer
August in Nashville is a relatively hot month with monthly average low of 68* and high of 89*. The venue, including the patio, is climate controlled so we'll be comfortable while we dance the night away!

Will there be a formal sit-down dinner?
Answer
There won’t be a formal sit-down dinner, but we’ll have a variety of round/bistro tables and lounge seating throughout the space with food stations and desserts so you can enjoy a variety of food throughout the reception.

What will the menu be?
Answer
We will have passed appetizers during the cocktail hour in the patio and food stations for the reception. We've selected a wide variety of options that cater to regular and vegetarian guests. If you have a special dietary restriction, please email us at timothyashleybolden@gmail.com, and we will work with our caterer to accommodate!

Can I take photos at the wedding or post on social media?
Answer
We will have an unplugged wedding, so please be sure to keep your phone away during the ceremony. Our photographers will be taking plenty of photos that we will share with our guests! Following the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like and post on social media!
