How did the couple meet?

Answer

Bekah's parents set them up! During her fall break of October 2024, Bekah and Timothy were set up and got coffee at Kindred Coffee Roasters. The two of them hit it off. Later that same day, Timothy had plans to visit Arizona, where he hiked the Grand Canyon from rim to rim. After his adventure, there was one thing on his mind: Meeting up with this girl who lives in Phoenix, AZ. Low and behold, they met up again and kept in touch until Bekah was home for Thanksgiving break, when Timothy then asked her to be his Girlfriend. (See above: Featuring our first photo together from our first date). From then on, it was all long face-time sessions and flights back and forth. God had his fingerprints all over it. After intentional time together and in prayer, Timothy moved to Phoenix in August of 2025. Since then, he has been working with the Phoenix Eagles office while Bekah continues to teach ELA in a local Public Elementary School. Timothy proposed one year after they met, on October 18th, 2025 while the two of them were exploring the yellow aspen tree leaves in Flagstaff, AZ.

Where are they living after they get married?

Answer

Bekah and Timothy are excited to see what the Lord has for them in Phoenix! Timothy has just moved out to Phoenix, AZ to join the Phoenix Eagles office, and Bekah has been there already for the past three years teaching in Public Schools. Currently, they have a large community of young adults to keep up with. They are also plugged in with a local church, Christ Church Central Phoenix, where the Lord has provided many more opportunities to connect and evangelize to the local community.

Is the wedding close to the city?

Answer

In short, no. West Chicago, Carol Stream, Huntley, IL or any other place you may stay while you are here are all about an hour from downtown Chicago. If you'd like to see the Windy City, we recommend booking an extra day in advance to adventure downtown.
