Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Open bar! Our venue has a bartending service that will be handling the beverages. There is a "no shot" policy at our venue- we ask that all guests kindly respect this rule as it is to protect not only the venue but the guests in attendance as well.
Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will take place indoors.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we exchange our vows. We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation- that is wonderful and extremely helpful! To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the first and last name(s) listed on your invitation. We ask that you kindly reply before June 24th, 2024. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as "no" and you will be missed! Thank you for understanding!
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 pm, we recommend being at the venue for 3:00 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time and get seated.
Yes! There will be a bus pickup at each hotel (Edge Hotel and The Lodge at Headwaters listed in our travel info) for transportation to the venue for ceremony time. The bus for the Edge Hotel is aimed to depart at 2:50pm, while the bus for The Lodge at Headwaters is aimed to depart at 2:40pm (both buses plan to to arrive to the venue for 3:00pm with the ceremony starting at 3:30pm to give everyone enough time to say hellos and find a seat). At the end of the evening there will also be transportation back to both hotels. Two buses will depart from the venue at 10:00pm sharp with one bus going to each hotel (please check with your bus driver to confirm you are on the respective bus to your hotel). There is also plenty of parking at the venue if you prefer to drive yourself.
