Question

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate guests unless it is specifically indicated on the RSVP portal on Zola. When you go to the RSVP portal, you will be able to see the exact number of people for whom you may RSVP; if we are able to accommodate a guest, you will see that option, and we ask that you kindly fill in the name of your guest, in the available space.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is formal. We recommend suit and tie for men, tuxedo is not required. For women, mid length to full length dress. No jeans or sneakers please! We also ask for guests to avoid wearing shades of sage green or colors reserved for the bride - cream, ivory, or white. Also, prepare for weather of during the day and after sunset

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages included infants, toddlers, kids and teens. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony cocktail will be held outdoors, weather permitting. the reception will take place indoors. Please plan accordingly!

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. The first row will be reserved for family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat those they know (or their guest or partner).

What to do if I’m late for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30 pm, we recommend guest arrive between 5:00 - 5:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you need to wait for the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available at the venue

Answer

There is an option for valet that can accommodate the first 150 vehicles. Valet parking is $15/car. However, to reduce the hassle of parking, we are excited to offer a shuttle from each of the three hotels to the venue, and back to the hotels at the end of the night!

What is the bus schedule?

Answer

Pick Up Schedule: - 4:20pm pick up at Residence Inn/Springhill Suites then to Holiday Inn Wolf Point, to be dropped off at Galleria Marchetti at 4:40 -5:00pm pick up at Residence Inn/Springhill Suites then to Holiday Inn Wolf Point, to be dropped off at Galleria Marchetti at 5:20. Drop Off Schedule: - Pick up at Galleria Marchetti and drop off at all hotels at: - 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue does not contain any stairs and is able to accommodate wheelchairs.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you! However, please take those phones out and capture as many candids as you'd like during party time, and please share them with us!
