What will there be to eat?

Answer

We will be eating from Rip City Grill where they will be grilling on campus. We will have a cocktail hour with appetizers, and for dinner there will be a buffet with chicken, salmon, and sides. Gluten ingredients are only in food items with bread.

What is the music?

There will be a live band performing during the reception.

How is the venue prepared for alternate weather?

Answer

September can get hot in Oregon. Most of the venue is shaded. If the weather is nice, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will be outside, and dinner will be inside. There is an alternate building on campus with A/C if we need it for bad weather. We will also have fans.
