As you have heard, we recently had our official wedding back in March; therefore, the both of us, or let's better say the 3 of us flew to Hawaii. BUT, we also don't want to miss out on the opportunity to celebrate with our family and friends after Myla (yes, that's her name :-) will be born. It will be a bash at the place where we had our first date. Service will include finger food style buffet, drinks, loud music and an amazing view. We do ask; however, that you come empty handed, as this is strictly a celebration. We do not accept any gifts, gift cards, checks, money orders, Euro's, Peso's or US dollars :-) We simply want to eat, drink, talk and dance with you, and most importantly, we want to celebrate all night long.

We have been asked by several friends about the dress code. Please note that we'll be celebrating on a Chicago roof top bar which also turns into a night club inside a little later. So, there is no need to wear long gowns or dresses as you would at a traditional wedding. The attire is smart casual / cocktail. A cool or even fancy club outfit is just fine :-) Guys, no sneakers of course :-) but a tuxedo or formal suit is not required either.

Hop in and out and enjoy great bars, restaurants and shops. Same with Wicker Park --> you can use the same DOWNTOWN Groupon voucher for it - Do a CRIME Tour. Chicago was the home of Al Capone and other mobsters. The guides peel back the façade to reveal the city’s darkest days while showing you many crime scenes. --> book via Groupon - Do a MOVIE Tour. Chicago is one of THE cities of movie productions. Discover more than 100 years of cinema history. --> Google Chicago Film Tour - If you can still get a day pass, you might want to go to the Lollapalooza music festival. Its from August 3-6 at Grant Park (Downtown, next to the bean, but don't miss our party :-) --> Book via Eventim or Ticketmaster. If you buy a ticket via Craigslist be careful that the tickets are original ones. - An architectural BOAT TOUR is a MUST, Really! A MUST --> book via Groupon - Go shopping and walk from the Wrigley building on Michigan Avenue to Oak Street. There you might want to continue window shopping only but it's fun. For a quick lunch we recommend to stop at the "Fig and Olives" on Oak.
