The doors to the Jewel Box will open promptly at 5:00 PM. We encourage guests to arrive early to allow extra time for parking, walking into the venue, and getting seated. However, please note, you cannot enter prior to 5:00PM.
There is no dedicated parking lot for the Jewel Box. However, there is street parking along Wells, Union, and McKinley Drive. Guests can also park at the Festival and Parking Plaza, but should be prepared for a longer walk if choosing that option.
We recommend cocktail attire suitable for the weather. Suits, dress pants with blazers, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and skirts with blouses, are all appropriate. No jeans, please.
The Jewel Box is an indoor venue. The Jewel Box is climate controlled to ensure comfort during both cold and hot seasons. However, it may still feel warm during high-attendance events or if it is exceptionally hot. The reception is indoors.
While we love that everyone wants to capture the moment, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the special moments. After the ceremony, please feel free to take photos — we’ll also have a Photo Booth at the reception, and you’re welcome to snap pictures throughout the evening, just please be mindful of our photographer while they work.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
