It all started at the great Dougherty Comprehensive High School in September 1996. Tim stated when he first laid eyes on me, "That is going to be my WIFE" . Tim was a Freshaman and I was a Senior. Tim was a great athlete, well known and very outspoken yet he never approached me to state his claim. I personally can't believe he was too shy to come and talk to me. He had a serious crush that lasted for over 20 years. He said over the years he looked for me but he couldn't find me anywhere until FINALLY one day in 2017 he was scrolling on Facebook and my face popped up as people you may know. He slid in my DM and the rest is history!

It all happened on December 25, 2022, I was in the bathroom getting ready for church. I opened the door and Tim was down on one knee. I froze in place and he opened a box with a beautiful ring in the inside and said with a huge smile on his face " WILL YOU MARRY ME" and with tears of joy in my eyes I said " YES" and we were ENGAGED...
