Tim and Blair got engaged in St. John, USVI. It was an early morning proposal on the balcony of our room, overlooking Fish Bay. Tim was trying to coax Blair out to the balcony to "look at the view" before heading out for a fishing charter boat. Blair was reluctant to go out to the balcony (they woke up to the breathtaking view for 3 days already), and because there was a taxi on the way and a boat to catch. Good thing Blair went out the balcony where Tim quickly started with, "Well Blair..." and then had to reel Blair back in and ask her to answer the question. Poor Tim was sweating it out on his knee while Blair screamed her head off!
