Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be available parking at both venue. Guests are allowed to leave vehicles parked overnight and take the trolley back to the hotel. Coop's Event Barn requests that all guest pick up vehicles by noon the following day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time. The ceremony will take place on the beautiful ground of the Plummer House; you may want to give yourself some time to enjoy the gardens!

How far away are the two venues from each other and what time should we be there?

Answer

Coops Event Barn is a 30 minute drive (20 for the Ukrainians!) from the Plummer House. The Plummer House is 5 minutes away from our hotel block. If you are planning on attending the ceremony, please arrive a few minutes early to find your seat. If you are attending the reception only, it begins at 5:00pm at Coops Event Barn with a cocktail hour. We have adjusted the start time of the ceremony from 4:00pm to 3:30pm to accommodate for the drive time.
