While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we are keeping our wedding intimate. We hope you understand that we can only invite those listed on the invitation.

Adults-Only Celebration While we love your little ones, our celebration will be for guests aged 17 and older, and children in the wedding party, Thank you for understanding and helping us create a relaxed evening for all.

What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:30p.m- 5:05p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15p.m.

How far is the hotel from the Wedding Venue?

Answer

Fairfield Inn is the hotel where we have our room blocks, and it’s less than a 20-minute drive from the venue. Please check travel page for details. If you’re staying at the Holiday Inn on Wild Way “You won’t have to go far—the hotel is right next door to the venue. If you prefer to book your own accommodations closer to the venue, it’s located in Arlington, TX Just keep in mind that our wedding is in the Entertainment District, so hotel rates in that area tend to be much higher.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire (No jeans or athletic shoes) Ladies: Evening gowns, long or mid length dresses,dressy jumpsuits, heels or dressy flats. Gentlemen: Suits or button downs with tie or bow-tie. Slacks, Polished dress shoes Tuxedos are ok but not required. To complement our wedding aesthetic, we kindly encourage guests to wear colors from our "50 Shades of Fall" palette. Suggested colors include all shades of: Brown Green Burgundy Maroon Black To help our wedding party and décor stand out, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing red, burnt orange, navy blue, gold, or white attire, as these colors have been reserved for the wedding party. Thank you for helping us bring our vision to life, we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can we take photos during the Ceremony?

Unplugged Ceremony We kindly ask that you turn off all phones and cameras during our ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture every moment. Your only job is to be present with us and enjoy the magic. We promise to share the photos with you soon!
