To keep things special and intimate, we are only accommodating those named on the invitation.
While we love all your mini people, we want to keep this an adults-only event. However, if your child is invited, you will see their name(s) listed on the invitation next to yours
We ask for your final answer by June 30th, 2026. That is the LAST POSSIBLE DAY we can send in our final guest count to our vendors. If you RSVP after that date, you snooze, you lose, and you will not have a seat or food.
There is a page on our website where you can respond to our wedding invitation. Which is our preferred method of RSVP. We will do our best to send out a reminder to RSVP about a week before the deadline, but no promises.
Please arrive by 2:30 pm to find parking onsite and make your way to the ceremony area. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 pm. If you arrive after the wedding processional begins, the staff will show you to a different location to wait until the ceremony is done. Cocktail hour will begin directly after the ceremony. Dinner is at 5 pm. After dinner, the couple will cut the cake and will be on the dance floor until the music cuts off at until the end of the night at 10 pm.
We are asking for a cocktail hour dress code--so no jeans or jorts..sorry. Please do wear fun colors and patterns, be advised that the ceremony will be taking place outdoors, so dress for warm weather. Ladies, please steer clear of white and cream dress options.
We will have light snacks during cocktail hour and pizza, salad, & breadsticks for dinner. Then cake.. Duh.
No, our venue requires a licensed bartender to be present and distribute any adult beverages. Not to worry, though, drinks are on us all night long! We will primarily be serving beer, seltzers, & wine with some limited hard liquor.
We will have plenty of other non-alcoholic options for those who choose to stay sober
