Where can I stay if I'm coming from out of town?

Answer

We have reserved a room block that guests can book at The Knickerbocker, which is about a 5 minute walk to the venue. We can also provide some recommendations if you would prefer a different hotel.

Our venue has a rooftop deck where we will have our cocktail hour. The ceremony and reception will be inside.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The Skylark is on 39th Street and 7th Avenue. It is a short walk (2 - 5 mins) from Times Square, which is a major subway hub. Guests can take the A/C/E, N/Q/R/W, 1/2/3, or 7 trains. It is a slightly longer walk (about 7 mins) from the Bryant Park B/D/F/M stop. The venue is a short walk (about 8 mins) or cab ride (about 6 mins) from Penn Station. It is a long walk (15 - 20 mins) or cab ride (10 - 12 mins) from Grand Central Station. Guests can also drive in, but be aware that you will likely need to park in a garage, which can be expensive. There will also be an open bar; please make sure you have a plan to get home safely.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

The venue is accessible by elevator, however, the rooftop deck can only be accessed via one flight of stairs. We know this might be difficult for some guests. If you are unable (or simply don't want to) join us on the rooftop for cocktail hour, the venue will make sure you are well taken care of for the hour. The bride and groom will also be sure to visit with you!

Can I bring children?

Answer

Kids are more than welcome to attend with their parents, though we imagine you might like a night off. Just let us know, and we will accommodate.
