Bzz. Bzz. Bzz. We both swiped right on the dating website called Bumble. I told myself this was the LAST guy I was going to meet on this website. I was tired of all the games and sleepless nights over the past few years. We chatted through the app and then I gave him my phone number and asked him to only text me. After a few days of texting, he convinced me that it would be easier if we just chatted on the phone (actually talking to each other?). I now know that he thought he could tell by my voice and the way I spoke, if he would want to meet me. LOL! Well we had a great conversation and he was actually on his way to the hospital to visit his dad and he said he would text me later. I thought to myself, we'll see what happens. Within a couple hours he texted me and said his dad was not doing well, I offered to come to the hospital. We all know that I am fairly comfortable in a hospital setting but Tim and I agreed that it would be weird to meet for the first time in a hospital. We texted again all day, the next day. He was going back up to the hospital to sit with his dad so his mom could have a break. I thought, he is a pretty great guy and I love how dedicated he is to his parents. At that point I was ready to meet this guy and see if there was an attraction and to see if he chewed with his mouth closed or not! :-) The next day was my birthday and he said pick a place for lunch and he would take me out for my big day. Of course we met at TRH! Long story short, lunch went great and I got my first kiss from Tim in the parking lot of TRH before he went to check on his parents. We continued to text throughout the day and I convinced him that I needed one more birthday kiss! So he stopped by my house for a bit and I would say we both knew that night that this was a match made in heaven!
