Dune of Pilat
A MUST see while you are in Arcachon! The Dune of Pilat is the tallest sand dune in Europe, and has an absolutely stunning view from the top.
Plage d’Arcachon
In the spring, the sun doesn't set until 10pm so be prepared to soak up a LOT of sun! There are many beaches to explore the top ones to check out are: *Thiers Beach *Central Beach *Moulleau beach
Sunset Cocktails at Hôtel La Co(o)rniche
Pricey but pretty views, especially at sunset. If you're feelin' extra this is def the spot to sit back and relax and sip a couple cocktails! This could be the perfect place to reward yourself after hiking the dune!

Arcachon is known for incredible seafood, particularly oysters. A couple places worth checking out are:
Bordeaux
If you are coming all this way I hope you can spend a day in Bordeaux exploring this gorgeous city I now get to call home. There are so many things to do and places to explore but if you are short on time it can be done in a day!
Saint-Émilion
Explore (and taste) the beautiful wine region of Bordeaux!
La Ville d’Eté
This is the touristic center of Arcachon. There are plenty of restaurants and boutiques for great shopping! You can start your visit directly on the waterfront, just stroll along the beautiful promenade next to the main beach (Plage d’Arcachon).
